  • 2-14 Dunyeats Road is a major town centre regeneration scheme including a number of retail units, office suites, and residential apartments.
  • Our proposals have been developed following consultation with the Local Planning Authority, discussions with the client and the consideration of the site's surroundings
  • The design includes the use of modern but complementary finishes including timber boarding, render, Stucco render, and facing brickwork
  • This scheme won almost universal praise at a public exhibition in December 2011 with comments such as
    • ‘We fully support the proposed design’,
