Sports Hall - Carter Community College.(Design and Build)
This was a development of concept proposals to produce a detailed design for a new First School linked to the existing Hamworthy Middle School, together with a new Sports Hall at the adjoining Carter Community College.The project also included the design and administration of fire precaution upgrade works at both Schools.

The total value of the School and College works was £4,680,000 and the Client was Bluestone Plc for the Borough of Poole. This project was completed in January 2004.

Colehill First School - Wimborne.(Design and Build)
This ongoing project is a ‘Design and Build’ partnership with Ellis Belk Associates Limited, the Borough of Poole and Benson’s Construction.The project comprises the demolition of existing mobile classrooms, together with detailed design for the construction of a new First School.The project value is £1,300,000 and was completed in December 2004.

Bournemouth International Center - BIC
Ellis Belk Associates Limited undertook a major exterior and interior survey of this Internationally renowned facility to advise on its current condition of the various components and to provide Lifecycle costings for a predicted 60 year lifespan.
