This was a full design and Contract Administration project in three phases:

Phase I

Removal of asbestos from plant rooms, replacement of heating plant and associated fire precaution works.

Phase II

Relocation of the Home Economics Rooms to the former Science Rooms, full refurbishment and fire precaution upgrade works,

Phase III

Re-modelling works to the main School building enlarging the Maths and English Departments.Formation of a new main entrance, reception, administration suite and Special Education Needs Department.

Total Project Value was £1,179,000. The Client was the Borough of Poole. This project was completed in December 2001.
