Ellis Belk Associates Limited was formed in 1987 as an independent Company to provide the highest level of professional advice with regard to all aspects of building surveying, architectural design and associated property matters.


We provide the full range of professional skills encompassing the traditional roles of Architect and Building Surveyor with members of the professional staff qualified as Chartered Building Surveyors, Corporate Building Engineers, Architectural Technologists, Ecohomes Assessors and Interior Designers. On larger projects, our role is often extended to encompass project management, including responsibility for the co-ordination of mechanical and electrical services engineers, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, interior designers and other specialised building consultants. On smaller projects, however, these roles can be dealt with in house.
